What is Rosso Caffe?

We are a group of enthusiastic coffee makers situated in Florida. We specialize in producing our own blended premium coffee capsules for Nespresso® original line machines.

How do you produce your coffee?

Good question. We visit coffee plantations in Central and South America, Africa and Vietnam, choosing only the best beans. The beans are then exported to our production center where we roast, grind and blend the beans just the way we like. We have full control over the process and produce prime coffee blends that taste great. We are very proud of our coffee’s quality; we do our absolute best to create only the finest blends.

Is your coffee any good?

Not only do we think our coffee is great, but our customers do too. People who try our blends love them and become regular customers. This is why we offer a satisfaction guarantee on all initial orders of our Introduction Pack. But you’ll never really know until you try it for yourself.

Why are your capsules so inexpensive?

We create our own coffee blends and capsules, and sell them directly to our customers. We focus on crafting delicious coffee that our customers fall in love with and end up sharing with family and friends. Great tasting coffee at affordable prices is a luxury we feel should be enjoyed by all! That’s why we are so dedicated to making the best coffee at the best price. We invest in the power of people to connect, share and bring our amazing coffee directly to you. We don’t have any expensive call centers or shops, and we do not finance expensive marketing campaigns. Instead, we care about making sure you are delivered the highest quality coffee at the lowest possible cost.

How much caffeine and coffee do your capsules contain?

All of our capsules contain 5.5 grams of coffee. On average, the caffeine makes up around 1% of the coffee content (55-65 mg per capsule).

Is there any difference in the way your capsules work?

There is absolutely no difference in how the capsules work. You may use our capsules just as you would use a Nespresso® coffee capsule (find out more here).

What is the capsule casing made of?

The capsule casings are made from food-grade polypropylene, which is safe for food products. We produce our capsule casings in an FDA approved environment. Our capsules do not contain toxic Halogens, Bisphenol A (BPA) or Phthalates. They are 100% recyclable and sealed with foil for optimal freshness.

Are there any plans to add new coffee blends?

We are constantly refining our product line and we’re always on a mission to find and create new coffee blends for your enjoyment. If you have any suggestions, we will be happy to hear from you. Your input is always important to us. Your suggestion may very well become one of our new blends.

SHIPPING & PAYMENT

What if I’m not satisfied, what is your return policy?

At Rosso Caffe we care about our customers’ satisfaction. That’s why we offer a generous 14-day return policy when you try our coffee. New customers ordering our Introductory Pack can be assured of a full refund in the event that they are not satisfied after trying our Introductory Pack (we fully refund only one Introduction Pack per customer).
Simply email us your order details and we’ll provide a pre-paid shipping label to return any unused product. Once we receive the return, we will refund 100% of your order including shipping charges. It’s that simple!

Our capsules are compatible with Nespresso® Original Line machines and not the VertuoLine machines. Additionally, our capsules are not compatible with K-Cups. Customers inadvertently purchasing capsules not suited for their machines will incur charges for shipping costs ($15) and we will issue a refund for any unused product.

What are the shipping costs?

We charge $5.00 per order, but if you place an order of $49 or more, you’ll receive free 2-day priority shipping!

What are the expected shipping times?

For all of our US customers, shipping is only two days!
Orders placed by 10:00 am EST (Mon – Fri) will ship that same day.
Orders placed after 10:00 pm EST will ship the following business day.
Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following business day.
All orders ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

Is there a way to contact you?

Of course, you’re always welcome to contact us. We are an online only business and respond to all questions by email. We always guarantee a fast response, so always feel free to email us.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

ORDER INFORMATION & CONCERNS

I have received an error message while attempting to place an online order. What should I do?

If your card has been declined while attempting to place an order with an error message regarding “Address Verification Service,” please make sure your billing address on your credit/debit card matches your billing address on your Rosso Caffe account. In such a case you may need to update your Rosso Caffe account to match that of your credit/debit card.

Which coffee should I order?

That’s entirely up to your preference. We offer a number of high-quality blends from various flavors and intensity. You can check out the descriptions of our different blends and find those that best suit your palate. Why not be adventurous and discover new flavors?

Which Nespresso® machines can I use for your capsules?

Our capsules have been engineered to match all Original Line Nespresso® machines including Essenza, Citiz, U, Pixie, Le Cube, Latissima Plus and Inissia. If you would like to know more and verify that your Nespresso® machine is compatible with our capsules, please feel free to contact us.

Do your capsules also work in the VertuoLine?

Sorry, our capsules do not work with Nespresso® VertuoLine.
