Great tasting coffee and one of the things I really like - they consistently brew. I've tried another brand that has good coffee, but the quality of the pods is inconsistent and sometimes they don't brew properly. The ones from Russo brew perfectly, the packaging is really nice, the price is good, and the coffee is delicious. I'm pretty picky about my coffee. Ideally I'd be using an espresso machine but I just don't have the time.

Love these coffees! The flavor is great, and the pods are beautiful & easy to distinguish from one another. My only annoyance is the amount of packaging. I don't have the space to store all the pods in their little boxes, nor would I want to, so i take them all out and put them in my coffee jar. I recycle but it's still a hassle and I feel awful about the waste of materials. I'd love a bulk box of pods with just dividers and not separate boxes for each.

The coffee is mid. It gets the job done, I get my caffeine and I was able to tolerate the flavor of the coffee. But its uninspiring, the coffee isnt going to win any awards or anything, but its fine.

The coffee itself ia always great. This time around the box that was delivered was severely damaged. Almost all of the coffee pod boxes inside were damaged as well. The pods themselves showed some superficial damage due to the rough handling of the delivery service. Im hoping very much that this is a one time occurrence.
