Just email us your order details. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label for the return of any unused product. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund for your order, including shipping costs. It’s that simple!
Our capsules are compatible with Nespresso® Original Line machines and not the VertuoLine machines. Additionally, our capsules are not compatible with K-Cups. Customers inadvertently purchasing capsules not suited for their machines will incur charges for shipping costs ($15) and we will issue a refund for any unused product.
