As per the order we always receive 3 boxes Bold & Strong, which we love. This time however two of the boxes were the Reserve collection - not bad coffee perse but just less strong and tasteful than the Bold & Strong

OverBox smashed resulting in some of the individual boxes of pods being smashed.
All coffee pods came in individual little boxes instead of 2 large boxes within an over box as has in past. This makes storage much more inconvenient.

The coffee is good, but their website for change requests needs a major overhaul. Rosso Caffe requires clients use an outdated email to request changes to shipping instructions. This requirement isn't transparent on their website, but extremely confusing. Since they don't have a telephone customer support option, edits to orders or shipping needs to be an option before order confirmation email is received. This would be a fairly simple change to their website for existing orders. Rosso Caffe should be jumping through hoops to make it simpler and easier for customers to navigate their website and make changes. However, their customer service only apologizes for the obvious failures and antiquated technology on their website. If rather have them tell me they're working on it or are attempting to identify the issue so they can make the process easier for their clients.

I tried the balanced and smooth and now I am trying the bold and strong. Sometimes when I try bold coffees they end up bitter tasting. That is not the case with this bundle.
