The Rosso $179 worth of coffee capsules Email Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 

Employees, officers, and directors of Rosso and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

Sign up for email before December 30th, 2025 to be entered for your chance to win $179 worth of coffee capsules from Rosso Caffe. Three (3 ) winners will be randomly selected from the eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The winners will receive a randomised selection of Rosso Caffe capsules worth $179. 

The winners will be notified via email up to 5 business days after the promotion period ends. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the initial notification, an alternate winner may be selected. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

Rosso Caffe reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of similar value if necessary, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway in whole or in part at any time without prior notice. 

Rosso Caffe reserves the right to disqualify any participant found in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Rosso Caffe is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries. By participating in the Giveaway, participants release Rosso Caffe and Instagram from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or the prize won.
